      You could step a JB song with the artists permission. However, there currently are no James Bond songs.

          all songs require artists permission. in the case of James Bond... I believe that the music is no longer copyrighted (25 years), but the performace is. So you would need to permission of whoever performed it.

          Besides that, it would not make a very challenging file.
