Sort of, but we still won.

I noticed a few similarities between jTWGs XIX (fixed) and XX:
1. A human was lynched on Day 1.
2. The psychic came out on Day 2.
3. The seer was wolfed on Night 3.
4. Each game ended in 3 days.
5. A psychic-seer alliance occurred, ending the game. (maybe)
6. The seer found a wolf each night. (also maybe)
7. I did something... stupid. It paid off this time around.
8. An experienced player was wolfed on Night 1.

Maybe the next game should have a slightly different layout.

Ok, here's how it would have went, had I not been seer'ed: Whiteflame voted FFR back on D2, I was under the impression that what observer was telling me was true. Assuming that much, FFR would have been lynched the next day as the only person in the alliance that wasn't entirely trusted, FoJar would be wolfed next night by me, and JWC and I would vote whiteflame on the last day. I was under the impression that the game was in the bag for the wolves as soon as observer told me everything. So observer hit necamus night 1 and me night 2? That's quite a bit of luck to keep the game in check for the humans, otherwise I think you guys seriously would have been destroyed. I don't know how long I was being played, but it seemed like JWC and Observer trusted me quite a bit. I think Observer came to me day 2, so at that point I was already in as a completely trusted member of the human alliance. I'm guessing that for whatever reason Observer seered me night 2 instead of FFR, blowing my cover. He told me he would seer FFR and for good reason he should have. I'm interested to know why Observer ssered me instead, and why FFR came out as psychic when he did. It's a shame I couldn't win this one based on some dumb luck, but I think at least Observer and JWC will admit they were fooled until the PM came back. 2 wolf seerings in a row with one of the wolves being super inactive/grounded and the other walking right into the human trap with a big teethy smile. Nice job guys. Sorry to play you so hard JWC, but we all need a leg up on the competition and will surely take it when a human presents a wolf with a shiny new sheep's-skin disguise. Observer/JWC/FFR, let me know exactly how this played out and who knew what when. I want to analyze exactly when I was being played and for how long I was playing you all. To the rest of you chumps, get on AIM or the forum once in a while and we'll all have a little more fun. I'm going to be playing in the TWG as soon as possible where hopefully at least there will be a little activity. Take care.

Edit: I insta'd necamus because I believed Observer was the seer. I have him down in my notepad file on the game as one of the two blues. When he came to me claiming it, I believed it in a heartbeat. With that being assumed true, I had to sneak into the alliance because it would be the only way to give the wolfs a chance, with one of them already seered. So I changed my vote to necamus to further gain the trust of JWC/Observer(/FFR). Had they not seered me instead of FFR I'm convinced it would have stayed that way as well.

Okay, so basically here's the rundown of how things went this game for me:

First off, for the first couple days of the game, I was working a lot, and was barely around (checked in a few times, sent needed PMs.)

On night one, I looked through the list of people who were playing and decided against seering any of the vets, as I wanted to avoid any of them being seer'd and killed at the same time, rendering me useless. So out of the players I knew from before, I chose Nec as a seering. I chose Nec simply because I had played with him before, and he seemed to know what was up. He demonstrated that he could think rationally and was willing to take chances. Someone I would want in my alliance anyday.

When Nec turned out to be a wolf, I was slightly worried, but more so relieved. I knew that one half of the baddies were discovered, and that there were a few players (namely LK and JWC) that I could talk to and discover their role on my own, without much worry. It turns out that these two were both humans, which worked out in my favour.

On night two, I had only spoken with a few other players (JWC, WF, LK, and Stoic). Most of the players seemed to either be straying away from the game (FFR, Nec) or not caring (WF, Vash). I decided that I would look for the other wolf rather than confirm a human's identity, which led me to looking for suspicious activity during day one. Truthfully, LK played like he always did (good ole greenie ) and JWC didn't really seem suspicious at all. Stoic however, seemed WAY too interested in the game (having msged me even before Night one's PMs were finished with) and thus, I figured him to at least be a special role. Sure enough, he turned out to be the other wolf.

Day 2 turned out rather odd, when FFR came out as the Psychic. Being the seer and knowing the wolves, I had no reason whatsoever to doubt him. I instantly PM'd him telling him that I was the seer and knew of the wolves. I also was in the middle of convos with JWC, WF and Fojar about the same situation. The thing was, Seer'ings aside, I had little to no proof that Nec and Stoic REALLY were the wolves. Actually, a few players thought Stoic and I were the wolves for a lot of the day.

I decided to put my own hide on the line and made all the other players a deal: If they would lynch Nec based on my "intuition" it would seem, then I would do my best to make Stoic wolf me on night three. Most of the players either took the deal, or, after much more conversation and comparison with other players in other games and whatnot, agreed to this deal.

A problem arose when Stoic came on and agreed whole heartedly to lynch Nec, his fellow wolf. This threw me off completely and if it wasn't for some quick thinking by Fojar and JWC, I think I would've been lynched instead of Nec. (Thanks guys). However, after a much longer conversation with Stoic than I had originally thought would've occured, I convinced him to lynch me on Night three. At this point, everyone who wasn't Stoic knew what was going, and who was who. (Or at least, they believed me, and trusted me as well.)

When Stoic wolf'd me on night three, I'm guessing that FFR sent out word that I was (was there any ever doubt? ) right, and that Stoic was the last wolf.

The rest is history.
