Flash Flash Revolution and Dance Dance Revolution are so diffrent. FFR you dont have to work as hard, But DDR is a workout. So I was wondering if there is a way to get better at hitting the arrow, when I jump I always land on the metal. Is it because I have bad H.E.C

Yo just like they said it's all about practice. I started writing on your thread because I thought I could give some good advice but practice just sums it up. Maybe something you should try is before playing just press around on the steps and when you can hit the arrows exactly where you want to start playing.Originally posted by Acoffman

Do what i did... LOL...
Play the console version at home on the game controller first. (Not the pad.) Once you know almost every step pattern aleast somewhat, THEN, practice on the pad. Belived me, it helps to know the steps more then trying to learn them all on the dancepad... :P It helped me a lot. :PComment

me too! I used to be a "Light" noob and then i decided to lay wit the game controller. After i seemed to find the patterns in a song, then i play it wit the pad, and it seemed very easy to me now.Comment

1. Because DDR requires endurance and playing it with a pad shows no skill whatso ever
2. learning the steps on the pads helps improve agility on your feet so the next time you're on a DDR machine in public you won't make an ass out of yourself
