    I've been messing with Photoshop

    This is some of what I've made. I'm not going to make simfiles for all of them, just two of them (for now).

    -edited out: it badly sucked-
    First legible thing that I made with Photoshop.

    Polar co-ordinates rock.

    Just made this one a few minutes ago. I made the lines by hand, but I'm sure there's an easier way to do it. Yeah, I was trying to mimic Benny's gfx ^_^;

      The bottom one is the only one that I really like, save for the text. The polar coordinates on the 2nd and third are far too obvious, and the first just feels cluttered.

          I like the third and fourth ones, the fourth one the most. my suggestion to you is on the lawn wake one i think you should match the text with the back ground a little better. what are the themes to them the first one reminds me of like a "silent hill" (movie) comercial. good job overall tho.

              I almost wasn't going to post the first one anyway. I thought it was pretty horrible too.
              The third doesn't have any polar co-ordinates.
              I always thought it was neo.paradigm... strange...

                  I don't like the first one that much, and the text is completely unreadable.

                  The second one is okay, but the text stands out so badly oh my god.

                  If you want ot mimic my graphics, ask zaghurim how he did it, I honestly have no clue. Cool though.

                  Last one is okay, I'm just not a huge fan of the really smooth graphics.

                      Alright. Now I know which ones to edit and which ones to just plain remove.

                          the last one I like alot, because the text looks good in it, first one is kind of blah, and I personally think lawn wake III is too griddy

                          overall good work

                          but may I ask, why are all of them yellow?

                              The third is nice. But the text in the first just really sticks out, try working the text with the Bg.

                                  putting text into picture is an art of its own, and i can't do it, so i dont ^_^

                                      Wow, your text blows. Try using colors that match the BG, and don't position it dead-center. Drop shadow works sometimes, also.

                                          Those just are. xD I made a background for Through the Fire and Flames, but I'd probably get panned for posting it since there's very little contrast in it. I'll post a few more tomorrow if I remember to.
