    So, I Started Playing F-Zero GX Again...

    Apparantly, beating Master in the Ruby Cup is the only break I'm going to get. I simply cannot beat any of the other cups. Even my totally badass Acro Lynx-G4 couldn't do the Sapphire Cup.

    Good news, though! I beat Chapter 4 on Very Hard, unlocking my first AX racer! Fat Shark sucks, but it still feels good to be unlocking stuff. I tried Chapter 5, but it was only after a good hour and 45 minutes of retries that I beat Hard mode in 45.532 seconds. And then it wants me to beat it in 40!? No way! I also tried Chapter 3, but no matter how well I master sharp nearly-90-degree turning or getting the most out of the jumps, some bitch with a Class A booster leaves me in the dust on the final stretch.

    GAH. It's amazing how much this game can frustrate you but keep you coming back.

      God damnit.

      I'm not getting any better at beating Master. Story mode's showing progress though. I think tommorrow I'll be able to beat Chapter 6 on Very Hard.

          That game made me so damn mad. On a lucky break, I think I beat very hard on chapter 2, 3 and something else I think... Ch.5 is the one with falcon and jody, right? I came sooo close to beating that but was off like 1 second. I read that you have to be exactly perfect to beat it. I remember not being able to beat the first race of the diamond cup at all, I was just so bad at that one...

          ugh, so much time spent there.

              I just bought this game. Got it for 5 bucks. But I have so many backed up games right now...Killer 7 has got priority for me right now.
              I'll trade you this delicious doorstop for your crummy old danish.

                  Turns out Chapter 6 on Very Hard is JUST as annoying as all the other Very Hard chapters. God DAMNIT!
