      Quads are generally looked down at because they are extremely difficult to pull off index style and are rarely used effectively. Usually, they are used by newbs who don't know what they are doing.

      By the way, this doesn't have anything to do with DDR. Unless I'm mistaken, no version of DDR has quads.
