    How long does weed/pot/dro/m.j stay in your body?

    Seriously, I've been doing some research, and after smoking dro for the first time in my life today (about 6-7 hits from a pipe) i realized that i have a job that does random drug tests on people, including a urine test and a hair-snip test. Since this was my first time smoking marijuana/weed/pot ever, and only taking like 6 hits, probably doing like 3 of them effectively, how long would this weed stay in my blood/urine? I've been told that for constant pot smokers, as in 5+ times a week, it takes about 30 days to get it out of your system, varying on your metabolism and fat levels and crap like that.

    What I need to know is how long this weed would stay inside my body, and how could i speed up the process. I heard drinking excessive amounts of water/pissing a lot could help speed up the cleansing process, but is that true? I've also heard about pickle juice...Lol, aperson could really help me with this, but i'm just wondering. Remember, this was my first time EVER of dro, and only about 6 hits from a pipe, and probably doing 3 of them right lol.

    Btw, smoking weed wasn't all that great. Sure i was trippin out for a while, but eh, it went away after about 4 hours and i almost got caught at school twice. I had to tell my teachers i only got 1 hour of sleep and that i have bad allergies, making me seem tired and having red eyes. lol.

          about two weeks

          dont worry about the test, unless you are super unlucky or they are really anal, it wont happen

          also, there isnt really a proven way to speed it up, its all myths. you didnt get that high because you probably werent taking hits properly. or perhaps you have a naturally higher tolerance than average

              doin it once? It'll be gone from a pisstest in a week or less.

              You say they do hair snips though, that's another matter entirely. Hair testing can be detectable for up to six months, but if you do it once it's kind of iffy whether it'll show up or not.

                  Hair tests? As in, the smoke gets in your hair and they find residue? I've never heard of that before, but you could probably get away with saying that you have tons of friends that smoke pot and that sometimes you're around them while they smoke but you don't do it (which may be mostly true, which makes it easier to lie about), but the smoke gets around your hair.
                  So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =(

                  In less-depressing news, I got a job for an online business (which sells non-electronic games, of all things!) which has taught me a lot about marketing online and all that jazz.

                  So now I'm on Twitter @NoahWright.
                  And I write the blog for their website.

                  Plus I do cool programming in-house that you'll never see. =O

                      No one is going to give you a damn hair test. That's unheard of for a job. I'm sure you're not working for NASA. Drink A LOT of water and it will be gone in a week TOPS.

                          Hair tests? I have tons of friends who dont' do pot but hang around people who do. They'd have tons in their hair. I think that's just wrong. It proves nothing.
                          Remember when the platform was sliding into the fire pit and I said 'goodbye' and you were like 'NO WAY!' and then I was all, "we pretended we were going to murder you"? That was great.

                              Weed is in your system for about 45 days and it doesn't stay in your hair. It stays in the root folicals of your scalp in which stays for your whole life. They can't tell weather you smoked yesterday by checking it that way but they can find out if you smoked 2 months ago. So in other words shaving your head will not work. Lol.

                              *Edit* For the people saying to drink water it does not help much. That works for drinking ach... not smoking pot really.

                                  Wrong. I work for an amusement park. I worked there last year from February-November, and I reapplied and already started training (i work on a rollercoaster lol). To even get the job, we have to take and pass a drug/alcohol test with flying colors. For the test, we pee like 60mL of urine in a cup and they cut so much hair off our head/anywhere in the body if we don't have enough hair on the scalp. It's been done many times. It's called a "Hair Follicle test."

                                  These tests are done randomly to employees. I doubt they'll do one soon since i just started, but it's possible.

                                      For me it takes 50 days to get out of my system.

                                      But only because i smoke 3 times a day every day.
                                      Its like a routine lol.

                                          It actually takes 2 to 3 weeks. My friend had to get one for a job so he stopped smoking for 2 weeks,
                                          it still barely showed up though.

                                              Well, water dilutes the level of the THC metabolites in the urine... however, it also dilutes other things that they test for to makes ure you aren't diluting your urine, so they won't be happy if you drink a ton of water before your piss test. This can be remedied by taking creatine shortly before the test, though (creatine gives it some color back and also has more of the other metabolites they test for to equalize the other levels of the urine while decreasing THC metabolites).

                                                          I wouldnt worry about it dancingmaniac3. All circumstances are out of your hands. They are random drug tests, if you get tested, well...good luck with that.
