    I don't like being a grown up.

I think the title really says it all. It's just very boring and blah-ze. Most of the newfound "freedom" I have living on my own, I already had.

So, what does being a grown up mean?

Bills. They're icky. Hopefully, I'll be able to sell a book for a ton of money and fly around the world and do stuff, and then sell a second book so I can make another ton of money (more than the first book, depending) and live the high life. As is, it's just blah.

If this gets moved to the GB I will roffle, considering I'm banned until like... Sunday.

    RE: I don

Icky indeed. Sure, there are benefits of being an adult, such as being able to purchase liquor or go into clubs without any sort of illicit action...but yeah.

Unlike many of my peers when I was younger, I prefered to stay as a kid instead of a grown up. I just think there would be a lot of responsiblities that would overwhelm me even as an adult, considering I'm not one of those time-managament types.

And I would dislike living a mundane life. :P

This seems CC worthy to me.

I don't really have an opinion on growing up, though. I mean, sure, you (probably) become half as annoying, but then there's bills and *GASP*

You can always become a manwhore and get sex every night.

          I'm just saying.

(On a serious note, money and the need for it sucks.)

                  I wants tah grow up.

Being 13 sucks once you notice how stupid you are and worse, how much stupider your peers are compared to you.

I kinda want to grow up 'cuz there isn't much you can do when you're just a teenager.
But I don't want to be old like Mal. What a totally old guy. I just don't know what ta do.

                      RE: I don

Eighteen and living on your own is very bizarre. Not many clubs I can go to (outside of the one I work at/used to work at). Once I have a steady financial income, I'm sure I'll be less bored, but until then... I'm going to be bored and dissatisfied with being an adult.

I don't have a car, but that's just because I'm living in NYC at the time. My insurance covers me until I'm 19 because my dad is a teacher or some such.

Which is good, because I think something is wrong with my heart. But that's another topic entirely.

                          Gotta get on that, though.
