Good choice for a song, it could've been done a lot better though.
You need to more carefully sync your notes: The 24th to 32nd snare roll at the start was wrong. You messed up a lot of the 24ths in other parts as well. This could easily be fixed by slowing down the song in sm editor and placing the notes then. Besides that, I'm not digging the streams, they're random and don't follow the tones of the notes nor a logical correlative pattern for index/4 finger. You do stuff like trills where you keep the trill going while the notes clearly change, which is just annoying.
I'd give it a 5/10
