This is in the wrong forum, and it's really hard to tell what you're talking about anyway. If you want to ask how to make a stepfile for a song, you can best do it with Stepmania which you can get here. If you want to ask how to submit a song into the game, you can visit this forum and give it there. If you mean something else, be more specific, but make a topic about it in the right forum this time.
