I think this score of 621,805 is a little high. With 174 perfects at 550 points each and 174 combo for 174000, I get 269,700. What's the deal with this?

Well people can cheat the system, glitches, hacks maybe. I don't know of any but I wouldn't say them even if I did for obvious reasons. -

Yes; there are many high score exploits in which all the game makers work hard to fix. For now, just upload screenshots of your high scores and post em.
