You gotta CHILL, man. Gamers aren't the only ones that don't like him. His ideas aren't spreading like wild fire. Nobody wants to join his crusade. Jack Thompson's cause was lost a long time ago. This puny book will not influence many.

A Kid's Review
jack thompson wrote a book this is the book. i like the book because it says that i can go out and shoot guns and stuff and if anyone gets hurt its not my fault its because of videogames leik gran theft atto. my mommy bougt me that game an its fun becase you kill people. my mommy buys me whatever i want an because shes so busy she doesnt have time to find out whats good so i tell her an she lets me get whatever i want.

the mean guy at the gamestore wont let me buy gun-shooting games cause they say im too young, even tho the book said he would, but its okay because my mommy will buy it for me anyways.

anyways,you should get this book because it smrt. yay!

This books serves as a testament to all that...

If you can stretch something to over 200 pages, then you can publish a book.

This book is a joke. All it appears to be is a feeble attempt by Jack Thompson to get people to mindlessly agree with him. Sure, he has a book out, but would this automatically launch him onto the front headlines of a newspaper? No. Many others have their books published, and I think those people likely have better reputations than this man.

Also, people should really get their facts straight. Take this review as an example.

Sounds like it's the writer that needs to get his/her facts straight.
Games such as GTA are marketed to the adult crowd. In fact, if I were to have "irresponsibly marketed" these sort of games to children, I'd have diguised the true nature of the game by not showing any elements that are actually in the game in the advertising, and then I'd advertise it in many types of children's media. However, GTA's marketing has been obviously targeted at adults. In the ads, you will see some very child-friendly things such as shooting, and violent explosions, and most of these ads run on programs that are well above TV-Y7. Hmm...That certainly doesn't look like a children's game to me, but I guess other people have different opinions.

Hope it goes up soon. I noticed that all but one of the reviews had either a one or a five.

As a fellow Christian I have come to argue for Thompson's fine work. After reading this book I realized the truth. Videogames are tainted! It's dark sided stuff! And all of you bashing Jack Thompson. YOU'RE NOT A CHRISTIANNNN AAAAHHHH!!!!! I've had it up to here and I am a God warrior and I don't want anything that's tainted anywhere near my family! I don't want none of this darksided stuff in my house. Get these games out of my house in God's name I pray. Throw out the Playstation! Throw out that Dance Dance Revolution game Brooke always plays because it's tainted! I don't want none of it. I want my God and I want my family! Take your games and get out of my house in God's name I pray! GET OUT!

At least there are books that say the opposite. This guy gets more publicity than them, and it's because of wunderkind like us. Is that fair? No! Shoot your teachers!
