Credit Transfer system is down forever. You will just lose credits. Challenges can earn you them. -

Transfer credits doesn't work.
If you want to give away credits, challenge the person for however many credits you want then intentionally do very badly on it. The person recieving the challenge would only have to do a little better than you and they'd get the credits.
