This is a screen I took of the arcade song listing.
Don't get your hopes up... it's not a way to access a... non-existant song.
Here's the deal. Go to arcade, highlight a song near the bottom on the first page, keep it selected while scrolling down to page two, then click ballon fever. The song from the first page will appear in the "not available" slot. Click it. It goes blank, no song info, and if you click to play the song, you go to a second of a blank level and then to the score screen.
Postscript- The file won't upload, the maximum for the board was reached.
