I read in my local paper today that there's a promo for the movie "Undiscovered," which is to be released tomorrow. To celebrate, there's a contest where teens get together and play a free game of DDR (the article didn't mention what version) against each other going on as of this post and lasting for about another hour and a half at Oakland Mall (in case anyone's in the area), with the high scorer winning tickets to the show and the loser getting some sort of lame consolation prize like a T-shirt or something. Unfortunately, I'm 20, so I can't go. (Damn, and I already know what 3 songs I would want to do...Love Shine, Destiny Lovers and Fantasy-Melissa, all on Standard and all of which I've AAed.)
Anyway, I was wondering if you've seen any other instances of DDR being used to promote an event or other special occasion, with the obvious exception of a DDR competition, because I just found this exciting and weird at the same time. (I told my 18-year-old brother about this event this morning, and he went, "No! Those skills are USEFUL!" Lol. XD)
