    Problems need to be addressed.

I am having this problem in which my internet explorer will not connect to multiplayer... it just sits there saying connecting. In the main bugs thread this problem has occurred to multiple users however no help has been administered. Oddly enough I do connect with firefox (but the game runs unplayably slow). Any ideas?

Another issue is Valdogg21's. He's a good friend of mine and id like to see him back in this game. I have PERSONALLY seen his problem (he tried logging on at my house) and when in games FFR states he is level zero. That level zero will not budge either. We tried cache clearing, logging in and out , system debugs, virus scans, hitting the screen and crying in corners like abused children. None seem to have any effect. Just looking for some help.

RE: Problems need to be addressed.

Considering it works with Firefox and not IE, it might be a spyware problem (spyware almost always targets IE). I would run some scans with Microsoft AntiSpyware and Ad-Aware SE Personal.

RE: Problems need to be addressed.

As for people not been able to connect, we have tried countless things to allow people to connect. We haven't been able to troubleshoot the problem because the problem doesn't occur to anyone that can diagnose it. We've tried switching ports, but thats the extent of what we can do on our end, we need to find what is preventing these users from connecting.

Are you sure it's not their firewall blocking access?...

Im sure that's been said numerous times but thats the only thing i can think off..

Nada no firewalls, I'll try the spyware scans. Thank you for your support I just wanted to know what the problem is, I'm sure you'll find out sooner or later. Spyware sounds like the case because I'm virus-free and FFR multiplayed USED to work on IE.
