Before Synth is can ueany of songs, he has to get of the authors promition. So we are not can do anything without author promition. As for the DDR song, we are only have two, and it should be to stay that way, or else as jewpin once was say, 'Lawsuit Time.' But ffr really is totarry awesome

Why dont you just email Konami and ask for permission to use the songs?

As for Del, I'm pretty sure he could be contacted through his site, but considering I dont know how to spell it, look him up on google.

Well it doesn't exactly work that way. Burning Heat is property of Konami and would probably result in a royalty charge, most likely one that is thousands of dollars. Second, Konami most likely wouldn't want to distribute a song to "competition." Even though xqsite doesn't make money off of FFR, FFR, a video game, isn't a Konami owned product and is seen as an alternative to DDR. Imagine this similar phone conversation scenario:

CAPCOM receptionist - "Thank you for calling the CAPCOM service line, this is Steve, how could I be of service today?"

Ed Boon - "Uh, hi. This is Ed Boon with Midway, and we were beginning the development of Mortal Kombat VI."

        Steve - "Uh, huh."

Ed Boon - "Well, we just think Ryu is really cool and was wondering if we could use him as a character in the next Mortal Kombat."

Steve - "Well of course you can!"

Ed Boon - "Awesome! Thanks a lot man!"

You see, in real life things don't work that way. When dealing with a mass distributor of entertainment, a simple e-mail and thank you doesn't cut it when it comes to permissions. We would need to meet up with representatives of Konami, discuss the exact permissions we have with the copyrighted material and penalties of a contract breach, fill out documents and contracts til our hands fell off and write a check to Konami for thousands of dollars.

I'd have to research Del first to see what copyrights and such they may have. I'll see what I can find.

The hidden songs are for testing purposes only and by revealing their locations Synth is forced to take them out. Just move your mouse around and you'll find them eventually.
