JUST KIDDING
In all seriousness, I’m going on vacation for a week to the Outter Banks (It’s in one of the Carolinas, I keep forgetting). Due to this vacation, and the fact that I’ll have limited Internet access, it’s causing me to miss my 2 year anniversary here at Flash Flash Revolution dot com.
Therefore, this will be my 2 year post, thanking all those who have made my FFR experience awesome and other things of that suchness.
Before I get to that, I’d like to explain how I came to FFR It all started at an all night LAN at Cyberjocks. One of the kids who brought his own computer was playing FFR, and with my recent spark in playing DDR, I was very interested in the game. When I got home the next day, I started playing. My first song being Terror From Beyond, which was the coolest song I’ve ever played. I kept telling all my friends about the site, and they thought it was really cool. I started posting on the forums a day after my join date, and I really enjoyed the community in the Brag Board and Chit Chat… back in those days I went by the name heyyojay (which was my Internet handle at the time), but after I sparked the interest in Project Dolphin, I asked Synth to change my name to lightdarkness, which was the name I was known on Project Dolphin. I seem to think that project was my “in” from newbdom to a somewhat forum regular. From there things only got better, befriending many forum members. I better get to the thank you’s before this post gets uber long.
Synth: How can you not be first on the list? You’ve created the game and website I’ve spent so much time on, and made so many great friends. Without you I’d probably be sitting on my ass doing nothing. You’ve been a great friend on FFR and late nights on Halo 2, thanks for creating FFR and giving me the opportunity to work on exciting projects like the one we are going to release into beta when I get back (OMG UBER HINT)
Ultima301: Most of you probably have no clue who this guy is, but he was my first friend at FFR, and I can never forget that. Although we don’t talk as much as we used to, you were still my first “close” Internet friend, and I’m really glad we were able to talk like we did for my first year that I was at FFR. I’m still trying to get you to post more on FFR, come on dude, the community rocks.
Chardish: You’ve been an awesome friend through FFR, and TWG. I’m really glad you were able to join us on the staff to bring awesome moderation to the forums, control to TWG, and for helping bring the FFR Song of the week to be a reality. I’m really looking forward to all the things you’re working on for FFR right now, and thanks for being there when I need someone to talk to, even if it’s only for 4 minutes before you go to work
Soccr: You’ve really taken the place of Ultima in terms of a really great net buddy. Over the summer we’ve talked all the time, and even though you’re busy with other stuff now, we still get to talk and play Halo 2 on occasion. Thanks for being awesome and stuff.
Hydro: You’re the one that introduced me to Soccr, gotta put you on here, I can’t believe I didn’t know Soccr was working on R2 at the time
Jewpin: You are awesomely awesome. Without you, the forums would be nothing, stay cool, and buy my bicycle pants.
Jurs/BayBay: You are the most awesome person in the world. I’m so glad you’re my friend. Thanks for being on the phone with me as I walked to my interview, and your welcome for your birthday gift
Omeganitros: You bring the awesomeness to the Chit Chat forum that no other can, I can’t imagine FFR without you.
Nestlekwik: We don’t talk much, but I appreciate all you’ve done for FFR when it was just a little baby
Tasselfoot: You’re an awesome mod and an awesome TWG player. I’m really glad we were able to nail the wolves this game, and thanks for all the other awesome times

Specforces: I remember back in the day we played DDR on cam, and WSC and all that other jazz… I’m glad you’re getting your x-box back, and we can be playing Halo 2 more often
