    Best media player for music?

    I've been reading random scattered posts about what media players people use for music, and it's making me think. Which one is the best? Personally, i've always used winamp, but now everyone is like i used to but now i dont. What do you use now and why?

      I use iTunes now, but sometimes i'll use WMP. Used to use winamp. I don't really like iTunes a lot, i'd prefer to use WMP but iTunes is just easier.

          WMP. I don't know any pros/cons, but I like it and its shinyness. I've never used any other media player so I can't compare.

              I dont like winamp for some reason. its just..ew. i use WMP cuz its easy to use and if u download the latest version ur able to have like a menu on the task bar to stop/play etc. the music n stuff. fun. and i like the layout for wmp. its so...windows xp.

                      What more functions do you really need to enjoyably listen to music?

                      And quality? Sounds excellent to me. Maybe winamp sounds better I don't know, but WMP quality is very satisfying IMO.

                          Winamp has a much better sound then windows media player. It's much more clear. Windows Media has a tiny fuzz that winamp doesnt have. But i've heard about BSplayer. Is that any good? Windows media can rip. Other then that it lacks.

                              Winamp does it for me. Especially with the downloadable skins, I love it.

                                  WMP has downloadable skins as well, and are cooler than winamp skins IMO.

                                          i just use WMP.. its the most simple, and i dont think you need anything to elaborate to listen to some music.. i mean.. come on!

                                              Windows Media Player (the current version 9 I think).

                                              Don't care for the lame options and stupid things you can do, it comes with the computer already and all you do it update it when needed. No extra installing nothing, easy to use. Select songs and play (Obviously) and that's that.

                                                  You guys are WAY to lazy. I need the dominant player, NOT "oh it's so easy to install, BECAUSE YOU DONT NEED TO kekekekekeke^.^". WMP sounds like crap.

                                                      Though I use WINAMP too for wav files and other whatnot.
