I recently made a song for my stepmania but I just have the default background and banner. How do I make my own? I tried making one but it wouldn't show up. Any help will be great.

Make the background/ banner, save it into the song folder as a .png. Go to the SM notepad thingy, and where it says #BANNER: and #BACKGROUND: type in the name of the BG and BN. Don't forget to add the .png extension. Then load up SM, go to options --> reload songs/ courses, and it will show up. -

Turn off Fast Load so you won't have to reload everything once you're in.

Not for everyone. On my old computer if I had to reload all my songs for the first time I would leave and go watch TV for like a whole show before it would finish.Comment

Thanks for all the help. One thing I don't have is the banner, but I put my background in fine. I can't find the SM notepad thingy. Where can I find it?
