How would I make a simfile with just a movie to go from?

I mean, you know, instead of a music file, I have a movie file with catchy background music. Would I need to somehow split it into a movie file and a music file and then go from there? How would do that?

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

You couild open the movie file in GoldWave and then save it somewhere else as an MP3.
I watched clouds awobbly from the floor o' that kayak. Souls cross ages like clouds cross skies, an' tho' a cloud's shape nor hue nor size don't stay the same, it's still a cloud an' so is a soul. Who can say where the cloud's blowed from or who the soul'll be 'morrow? Only Sonmi the east an' the west an' the compass an' the atlas, yay, only the atlas o' clouds.

It's easy, just download the handy as hell program called Audacity. Then set it to record "wave out mix" and hit record and play your movie and it will record all sounds that occur on your computer...just make sure nothing else makes any noize, and thats all.
