Why can't I use the up & down arrows in the FFR Shop?

    Why can't I use the up & down arrows in the FFR Shop?

    The Purchase Songs area. Why can't I use those 2 arrows?

          ...what two arrows? The scrolling ones? Maybe cause there's nothing to scroll down to.
