Signups will be taking place Tuesday, May 3. As of this writing, that's tomorrow. Since we have 18 slots, the signups will take place in batches of 9. The first batch will open at 5:00 P.M. EST, and the second at 10:00 P.M. EST. I'm not doing time zone conversions, so if you need them, get off your lazy ass and do it yourself.
When signing up, vote for one of the three scenarios. After all 18 people have signed up, the one with the most votes will be used. If there's a tie, I'll use a random number generator as a tie-breaker. (Note that if you want to change your vote, you may do so by sending me a private message stating your previous preference and your new preference. I will then edit your post accordingly and update the count. This offer only lasts as long as signups are not 100% complete.)

<@Kilgamayan> However, some of you have a special new IRC-based virus
<@Kilgamayan> That they spread to one other person every session
<@Kilgamayan> wich maex teh viktum tipe liek tihs omg
<@Kilgamayan> And myself, as the chat op, will be forced to ban them
<@Kilgamayan> Because people like that are fucking annoying.
<@Kilgamayan> But we want to disrupt our daily chats as little as possible
