Now hear this: TWC decisions regarding TWG XIV punishments

We have reached two of four conclusions regarding punishments for various TWG happenings. Not everyone has voiced an opinion, but each of these has already gotten three votes.

    - JenovaSephiroth is suspended from regular TWG indefinitely. He will need to make an extremely good case for himself if he ever wants to get back in. This will likely end up being a lifetime ban, but who knows? He might do it.
    - HansSky will be suspended for one game only.

The fates of Gamepro17616 and lightdarkness are still up in the air.

    That is all.
I watched clouds awobbly from the floor o' that kayak. Souls cross ages like clouds cross skies, an' tho' a cloud's shape nor hue nor size don't stay the same, it's still a cloud an' so is a soul. Who can say where the cloud's blowed from or who the soul'll be 'morrow? Only Sonmi the east an' the west an' the compass an' the atlas, yay, only the atlas o' clouds.

RE: Now hear this: TWC decisions regarding TWG XIV punishmen

I'm extremely supprised that my fate is being debated here.

I told Hans not do to something, and he did. That was his mistake. I looked up and couldn't find anywhere where it states when to tell the seer their info, so that isn't even an infraction of the rules.

He said he had to go, and wouldn't be on for a while. I told him that I would tell him, if he DID NOT USE THE INFORMATION UNTIL DAY 1 STARTED. His screwup, not mine.

That's his fault if he wouldn't be on for a while. You're not allowed to convey any information to the players if you are the host. =\

Edit: Unless it's Night time and you're responding to their PM if they have a special role.

I take all blame for what happened.

          He was a special role...

And besides, if I get punished for a mistake then others should've gotten them in the past. It's not like I intentionally tried to change the outcome of the game, or give an advantage to one side.

RE: Re: RE: Now hear this: TWC decisions regarding TWG XIV p

That was my argument for you Jay... Kilga told me that blah was human during night 1 of TWG13. I was killed by the wolves the same night. I wasn't able to get in touch with blah before I was killed, but had I... he would have had an even bigger edge that game, knowing who the seer was and that I was dead.

Also, I never brought up that point that Kilga told me, cause, well... it wasn't a big deal. Jay was damn clear to Hans not to say anything, Hans did... blame is on Hans, not Jay. Plus, as Jay said, were we to punish the host for this infraction, there would be AT LEAST 2 other hosts that should get a game ban. Since blah was told that I was a wolf in TWG12 before he died, but didn't tell anyone else.... same scenario as TWG13... only with aperson as host, not Kilga.

Also, we aren't decided on GP? Thought y'all were in agreement over me on that.

RE: Re: RE: Now hear this: TWC decisions regarding TWG XIV p

After much thought on the issue, it is my opinion that LD is blameless for Hans' screwup. Had he not told him not to tell anyone, this would have rested partially on him. But LD was pretty clear that Hans not tell anyone.

As it is right now, this kind of makes this infraction a violation of not discussing your conversations with the host.

Indefinite ban for Gamepro, same as Jenova. Inactivity simply cannot be tolerated.

I say Hans penalty is an auto-wolfing the next time he wins.

"GG humans, all wolves are dead. All of the sudden HanSky is laying dead on the ground. Chardish replies "Well, rules are rules". Everyone replies"That Chardish and his crazy shananigans". Every human gets a pip except Hans.

Just a joke Hans, nothing personal.

The council is 2-2 on Gamepro. I still haven't heard from Guido after 24 hours.

blah also needs to make his feelings known to me for the issue of LD, since he responded before that one came up.

                      Er.

                      - lightdarkness will be given no suspension.

Since when was the meaning of "blameless" changed from "responsible" to "not responsible"?

Gamepro is still up in the air.

Wait wait wait, will somebody say exactly and specifically what each person did?

                        I am rather curious.

I told hans the seer report, told him not to use the info until day 1

                          He used it before hand.

And GP/Jenova were beyond inactive... although I still feel that GP was within the TWG rights of activity. Others in the past have been as, if not more, inactive and received no punishment... then again, CStar hasn't played since that game.
