        Just open the file up in ImageReady, it should do the rest.

            Well I'm not really sure about this but try to open the .mov in Imageready then go File>Save Optimised As... and select .gif, etc.
            Truth lies in loneliness, When hope is long gone by -Blind Guardian, The Soulforged
            Image removed for size violation.
