Sounds like a cover up. The police man was trying to arrest the other guy for getting his 'piece' out in public (even though i know it says he was washing his hands... urm yea), but while he was telling the guy his rights with the gun pointed at him the other guy told him that it was a bathroom and he was just relieving himself. The policeman realising his mistake started laughing at his foolishness, but while doing so lowered his gun and accidently fired it into the ground where it rebounded and hit the guys leg.
Ok, never mind, feeling a little wierd tonight. Time for bed.
Interesting story though, but i thought police people weren't allowed to carry their guns around when off-dute. Maybe i was wrong.
