Really awesome. If you've ever been to downtown Toronto, you might know of Massie Hall. The first concert hall in Toronto since the late 1800's. Hundreds of very popular artists of various sorts have spoken/played there. Even Winstin Churchell. (sp?)
We just had a concert where different schools in Toronto are selected to represent the different ends of the city. Ours was chosen to represent the West End of the city, we played All Glory Told by James Swearingen. (Been practicing that piece since about halloween now, I think we all hope that was our last perfomance for it).
Perhaps the most incredible song we saw done was Carmina Burana. Or sometimes known as the Excalibur theme. About 400 or more choir singers, every part played damn near flawlessly. Awesome percussion (PERCUSSION RULES), and a permformance that I know I was really lucky to see. Just felt like sharing this, as I doubt anyone on this site really doesn't appriciate music.
