I'm afraid you can't. But you can purchse new songs in the shop in the game with the credits you earn. -

There is the ability to unlock new songs. As you get more credits, more and more songs will appear in the Secret genre. I think there are 12 in all. Beware, after you purchase a song, don't be surprised if some of those songs suddenly become unavailable.Originally posted by thesunfan

I think that's all the Funk this game has, McGahee. On the other hand, Dance has over 30 songs to choose from. (I saw one guy post a screenshot of getting 25 credits for one song, but not even I'm nearly that good yet. My best is 17 for full-comboing One Last Battle and Sonic 2, both of which are 575 steps.)Originally posted by thesunfanComment

If you want to add your own songs get StepMania. You can only buy 6 songs. You get secret songs if you have a certain amount of credits in your posession. Thats it.
