Here are your options...
- Get a kick ass computer so the framerate will be good
- Get a better internet connection
- Play StepMania
- Cheat/Hack (this is a bad option)
- AND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, PRACTICE!
The last one is the best/most effective method...

Stepmania really helps. When I first started playing, I thought I was good for FC'ing songs like Secret Zombie Room. At that stage, I couldn't pass songs like Runny Morning, Uber Rave, CIA Rave or Hellbeat. I have been playing SM for maybe a month or two now, and i can finish any song on FFR(as far as I know).Comment

to get a good score, be cheap and have a 56 k modem. while the arrows go by at like 3 km/h, pick them off as they go by
