I have researched this and found almost nothing that answers my questions. I was wondering what the difference is between Photoshop LE and regular Photoshop. Also, what is the difference between regular Photoshop and Photoshop Elements?

Elements I've heard has a simpler, more compact design, but with less tools and a different interface.
Photoshop LE was what eventually turned into Photoshop Elements.
A future question you might have is about Photoshop CS. Photoshop CS is just an upgraded version with a smoother interface, new tools, and a few new shortcuts.

I have used Elements at my school. This is what I know about it.
Elements is much more easy to use, and it has much less features. (For basic users)
Photoshop Regular is harder to use, but has cooler options, and more filters.
