Anime News Network's anime encyclopedia is by far the best place to go for random information on anime series. It can be found here: http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php
And if you ever want to order anime dvds, use www.dvdpricesearch.com. Or, if you are feeling lazy, just go to www.deepdiscountdvd.com instead, as they usually have the lowest prices anyways and if not are generally within a dollar of the lowest.

What was the point of this thread? I don't understand...
I mean, the encyclopedia on ANN is hardly matched by any other. I do like AnimeNfo's layout a little bit, but the popularity of ANN and the ability to organize what you've seen and what you want to see into a nice list make it my top site for anime information.
