    Making Drums Stop clipping

I seem to have this problem in reason where if I add a phazer to the drums they get a big sound boost, and clip like hell. Would anyone be able to give me some tips on how to make it not clip, but still be able to hear it good? like as in not having it super low

Try adding an EQ and adjusting the levels of bass that cause the clipping.

Tried it, it made the drums sound really bad though

try amping the bass drum, EQing, and then compressing. then perhaps phazing? i think compression is the key here.

Yea compression should do it, but if you use other effects with the phaser it might also cause clipping. Flanger/phaser and chorus/phaser causes some nasty results sometimes. Also mess around with the compressor, lower the dB level on it and stuff.
