Offsync beats in chekan winter

I have my speed at 4.01x (when I set it to 4.00 it bumps it up to 4.01 - another bug)

now i played the level
after the music was out
I still had to play about 5 beats

I am not sure if the stepfile is this way or not. I will "chek" on it in the morning after I have had sleep and don't make bad jokes.
