Lose everything bug....tried all other steps!

Right now my credits are stuck at -92. I had 3 last time. I have no songs either. I've read this being a common problem. So I cached evrything. Restarted my computer, and still it's not working. If theres anything else u can help me with i would really appreciate it. I have turned off all firewalls also.

you can only get negative credits by challenging someone for more credits than you have... and then losing.

so.. its your own damn fault. only solution: make a new account.
