    How To View Movies in .bin format?

    so, i DLed a movie, extrated it through winrar... and it gave me 2 files. a large binary file, .bin, that is the size of a movie file. also, it give me a .cue file that is about 150 bytes. i looked through a few resources i have for unknown extensions, but they weren't any help...

    anyone know how i can view this movie?

      Download DAEMON Tools, and run it. It's a virtual drive. Right-click or Left-click it after you install, in the task tray. Then just mount the .cue.

      If you're having problems with that feel free to hit me up on AIM.

      Edit:
      You could also just load up the .cue file in Nero and burn it to a disc and then just run it from that if you want too.

          thanks kenzya. i've used daemon before... although i deleted it off my computer. stupid people being pains in the asses with their movies.... they couldn't just be simple and use .avi or .mpeg... no... they have to do this.

          oh well.

              .bin is an image file of the actual CD/DVD. You get exact replicas with a .bin, meaning better quality. Just about any game you download will be as a .bin file or some other CD image file.
              So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =(

              In less-depressing news, I got a job for an online business (which sells non-electronic games, of all things!) which has taught me a lot about marketing online and all that jazz.

              So now I'm on Twitter @NoahWright.
              And I write the blog for their website.

              Plus I do cool programming in-house that you'll never see. =O

                              www.videolan.org is good program to play extensions that your standard programs wont. it plays .bin too.
