    need samples

    i admit im an FL user but ive come aross the fact that i have a very small, minimal collection of samples at my disposal. i have all samples that have come with the FL package since version 2.something but still i am lacking certain samples such as any good pads or organs or the like.

    any idea on how i could expand my sample library?

      you can buy sample cd's and such from music stores

      or you can go to sites and find some....you can search on google for samples and stuff, thats what i did....i dont remember the sites thoguh

          ummm as for buying samples.....i lack a paying job and i lack the time as attempting a 5.0 GPA consumes most of it.

          and i have searched around, but mostly i only find sound fonts, which are great and all, but i lack a SF player that is compatible with FL and is still free.

              Does your school hand out that many weighted credits? That's past obscene. It's just stupid.

              Anyway, try djsamples.com, or even a search engine! Searching for "free piano sample download" or something is usually fruitful.

                      ummmmm...both links were broken...

                      i have looked on hammersound, which i think is a decent place for SFs, but again the SF player problem arises.

                      and yes my school hands out 6 Advanced Placement courses and more.

                          I've got a few free loops you may use over at http://www.square-bear.co.uk/samples.htm
                          They were designed for eJay software but can be used in any sequencer.
