Things that will very slim your chances of ever being a mod:

    1) Being an Arch or a Hyro. Speaking whatever is on your mind, etc. Basically Hyro and I and anyone else who acts similar has next to no chance of being a mod. That's not exactly that bad of a thing though, the forum wouldn't be the same with Hyro or I being a mod.

    2) Post whoring. It's been said a billion times so basically just posting random shit to increase your post count, or posting "Game" topics, participating in posting games, posting really uninteresting and useless replys like "lol" or a smiley or shit like that.

    3) Not respecting synth. By "respecting" I mean that when he makes a request of you you better damned do it, not ass kiss constantly.

    4) Posting about things that don't exist. This can not only get you banned but will basically blow away your chances of being a mod. You know what I mean and if you don't, DO NOT ask questions.

    5) Asking to be a mod when you have next to zero posts, or have just joined up on the forums. Lurking for a very long time does not get you well known, and you need to have a general prescence in the forum to at least be noticed. For example, someone like ROCKETs will probably get known by more people in the future, but for now no one knows who she is and giving mod power to someone like her is like giving money to someone you don't know. Someone like QreepyBORIS is already known by lots of people and synth already knows who he is, cause he's gained a general level of respect on here. That doesn't exactly mean he's going to be a mod, but it's at least a requirement for the admin to generally have a good idea of who you are first. Being a mod isn't about internet popularity or people like Hikki Fan and Scorpio and I would have already become mods ages ago, but you need to have a general level of being known before you can at least be considered.

For the most part, it is accurate.

Only dont stop speaking your mind because you want to become a mod. I speak my mind all the time....

Mediocrity takes a lot less time and most people won\'t notice the difference until it\'s too late. --despair.com/

HA! I give Hobo's money. In fact when I was in Chicago I paid a Hobo to give me a tour of the town. He gave me advice on Love and Education. It was really fun.

              1) bug QreepyBORIS *turns to camera* Now boys and girls, this is something you should never try at home. Doing this will result in your AIM Warning level to go up to 100% (BORIS I HATE YOU! :P)

              2) question a mod's decisions *you know what will happen*

              3) posting daily in flame wars

And the #1 thing you should never do and will probably result in you being banned is:

Flaming a moderator or admin, or at least attempting to

Synth and all of the others (particualarly Synth, though) can pwn you to hell anyways. Synth can pwn you while still being NICE. That is like fucking AMAZING.
