This article has already proven to be bullshit. Sorry, wishful thinking.
Easiest way to tell: the article and the subsequent website keeps interchanging 10-100terabytes with 10 petabytes. There absolutely no freaking way you can mix up those two numbers, since 1024 terabytes = 1 petabyte. There is no way you can be so unsure of your techonolgy like that.
Not to mention this would increase the density of an optical disk nearly 1000 times, if you count the new blue-ray dvds.
