I click play, and all I get is a white screen

I've got flash and shockwave players, I just updated them to make sure, and it still doesn't work.

Check your security settings with your browser (I'm assuming IE?) You might have them not even set to run on IE.

The faq doesn't have anything, and my IE settings are at the lowest possible.

hmm... try the clearing your cache thing.. it might help but i doubt it...

The same thing's happening with me, it's all white and has the red X in the top left corner...
