how's it goin folks, currently building up another set of charts to release in yet another minipack, but this time I figured I'd do something different and open it up for submissions! as with my previous minipacks, this will contain 8 of my own charts, and I want this to remain a relatively small minipack, with a maximum of 20 charts altogether.
submission guidelines are pretty simple:
- song choice doesn't really matter. I will not be rejecting anything based solely on song choice, as long as it's clear that it was made with musical intent. ie no femboy crashing into an apple tree asmr or whatever.
- any style of chart is acceptable, though I will generally prefer technical charts over abstract/dumps.
- 4k charts only, though bonus points if your submission has both a 4k and a 6k chart.
- 3 accepted submissions at maximum. if enough different people send charts, I may drop this down to 2 subs max. in the case that you have 3 accepted subs, and I do lower the maximum, I will give you the option to choose which chart to exclude.
- difficulty should be consistent within the chart itself (ie no massive difficulty spikes) and should be somewhere between 10 and 30 msd. put another way, if I can't 93% it on .8, it will be rejected. sorry, I'm not that good of a player anymore lol.
- graphics are not needed, just a cdtitle. expect banners to look like what I used for choof collection 4. if anyone might be willing to throw together some proper graphics though, let me know via discord.

time frame:
I will be wrapping up and finalizing the minipack in the last week of november, aiming for a release some time in the first week of december. as such, I will stop taking new submissions on november 28th, and will stop taking edits on or around november 30th.
generally speaking, I will not be going over charts with a fine tooth comb, nor will I be super nit-picky. don't expect a huge amount of critique, though I will provide it if I deem it necessary or if you really want me to go through it. obviously I reserve the right to reject for whatever reason. all that said, I will (probably) not be rejecting much. if your chart is something you've been sitting on without a pack to send it to, or you've been experimenting and trying to do something weird but don't want to have to make changes/concessions based on what pack judges are looking for, send it here instead.
if this minipack is successful, I will definitely consider doing a second minipack. in the mean time, welcome to choofin with friends :hej:
