Re: hey any of you have any advice on running flash flash on linux?
Odd, I run it through wine and have no issues whatsoever. Maybe run in wine through a terminal emulator and check the output when it crashes, may give hints to what's going wrong
Re: hey any of you have any advice on running flash flash on linux?
ok, so i have no idea how to run stuff through a terminal emulator, though somebody on reddit suggested i grab a wine front end, and that seems to have helped. now i'd like to know how to reduce lag, because despite my bizzarre ability to play decently good like this, i'd rather not need that power.

Re: hey any of you have any advice on running flash flash on linux?
ok, so i'm sure that would probably help, though i don't want to play with a smaller screen, and finding the right resolution for my display sounded tedious, since picking one of the wrong options would make my screen display an "out of range" warning and nothing else, meaning i'd need to alt+f4 out, so i looked through the game specific configuration settings on lutris and changed off of my nvidia my GPU to the AMD one, and that seems to have fixed it!
i know i didn't use any of your fixes, but they did lead me to the fix that works best for me, so thanks!
