    Post your writing prompt ideas.

    This thread title is pretty self explanatory.

    Got any good writing prompt ideas or have seen some from somewhere else that you think more people should be aware of?

    All is fair game.

    I'll start with one I found on a tumblr blog that recently got brought back to memory by a mutual.

    (I'm also sort of paraphrasing what they said)

    You search through your attic one day,

    Finding an old box you decide to see what's inside. It was an old letter addressed to you from years ago. However the contents are more relevant now than when the letter was originally addressed...

    Write that letter.

              essentially a rip of tron kinda, but dude gets trapped in a video game console and bonds with the people inside and once he gets out protects the console with his every fiber.
