    this doesnt seem correct, since its just a list of new users (?!) might be worth limiting this to tier 1, or something

          I think this happens when someone gets 1 tier point which is normal.

          I feel like it's a cool way to see who's new and playing. I guess that's debatable.

              Yeah so basically, everybody starts at Tier -1, and as soon as they register a single point, they undergo a promotion (to Tier 0), which triggers the achievement on the sidebar
