    Help Realizing Which Anime I’m Thinking Of

    will someone please help me realize which anime i’m thinking of? i only watched the very beginning of the anime i think but in the beginning of the anime two boys from the student council are talking and one person says that for his original personality he used to be really impulsive and hot-headed but he changed his personality so he’s more calm and collected - i think it’s because he’s either part of the student council or he got older

    also i think they’re in middle school but i’m not sure at all so i could be wrong and i’m pretty sure the anime was released in the 2000s but i’m not completely sure

              were you watching this on TV (Toonami, perhaps)?
              was it in English or was it in Japanese?

                          what genre was it, slice of life? And was it like, a 12-24 episode anime or a really long one? You can narrow the search by searching for slice of lifes that are from 2000-2010 https://myanimelist.net/anime.php?q=...=4&w=2&o=4&w=1 (theres like a million of them lol, yikes... idk if theres a way to search for ones with male protagonists or a tag like that)

                                      yeah i think it’s labeled a slice-of-life anime and i think it was 26 or less episodes; also i’m not sure if the two boys i talked about are the protagonists; they could be side characters since it was the beginning of the anime
