Now that getting the game is out of the way let’s talk themes and noteskins.
Themes and noteskins are pretty limited in 3.9 compared to sm5 nowadays, I still have a few tho.

CMOD: To change CMOD in 3.9 (speed) in 3.9 is a bit more complicated than it should be. Step 1: Open Metrics.ini in the Themes folder
Step 2: Open metrics.ini and find "ScreenOptionsMaster". Then put your main CMOD that you use for 1.0 on 1x, after that on each rate down add 62 to the main CMOD and each rate going up subtract 62 cmod.
