    Does anyone else think kissing is kinda nasty?

    Like, a light kiss on the lips/hand is fine, but getting spit on me just makes me shrivel up. I don’t know about you guys, but spit is like my least favorite body liquid, it is absolutely disgusting and always a major turn off 🤢.

    Let’s not mention that EVERY TIME I’ve kissed someone on the lips and even slightly opened my mouth, I have always gotten sick, NO EXCEPTIONS.

    Does anyone else also feel this way? I get it’s supposed to be romantic, but I don’t see how trading spit is supposed to be a gesture of love…

      It's a way to ensure mates can be exposed to the same bacteria and build similar resistances against the environment around them.

                                                  it's all about just how concerned you are about bacteria. there are plenty of people who kiss with no bad consequences, chances are, your immunity system is weaker than normal or your partner has poor mouth hygiene. it might also be neither of those and you just getting unlucky (thanks biology)
