At Round 1 you have to buy a card pre-loaded with credits that you swipe each time you play a game. It's usually something like 40 credits for $10, and each game is 4 credits, so you'll get about 10 games for 10 dollars. thank you but i mean how much does it cost to go inside the arcade? don't you have to buy a ticket or something to even be allowed to play games inside the arcade?

Entering the building is free, but the card is needed to swipe for a payment on the machine. The Round 1 I go to, every set on DDR is 6 credits so you might see some variance in game prices.Originally posted by hi19hi19Comment

One thing though is make sure you bring an ID, especially if you're going at night. They serve booze at a lot of these places and some just generally don't want unaccompanied teens there.

okay, thank you very much i always wanted to play beatmania IIDX in an actual arcade since i don't have an actual beatmania controller; i used to play beatmania on my PS2 controller which isn't the same

Yeah, echoing what others are saying, they're in every Round 1 location in the US so far. I've been able to play it myself at GLC (Auburn Hills) and can play up to 9s now.Comment
