i've read this before, but i love this manga because it talks about how someone who's transgender married someone she met through her mutual friends and how they met and their lives while dating and their married life and her life before she started transitioning and her life while and after she transitioned 
it's called Hanayome wa Motodanshi (The Bride is a Former Boy)
(even though most male-to-female transgender individuals never saw themselves as boys or men but that's what the author decided to call the manga)

also another really good transgender manga IMO is Double House https://bato.to/chapter/281612
it's about someone who's transgender who is probably at least 30-40 and she doesn't completely pass as female and a lot of people gossip about her and she saves someone who's about to get molested by someone else and the person she saves falls in love with her and they end up spending time together
and even though the main characters aren't transgender, (they're intersexual) i still love this manga
it's called IS - Otoko Demo Onna Demo Nai Sei and there are a lot of different stories about people who are intersexual (i'm not going to paste a link here because i didn't find any manga websites that don't have ads except for bato.to but bato.to doesn't have all the chapters)
