Re: What do you train for?
Just aesthetics now.
I don't lift heavy anymore. I could be a bit bigger if I did but I find lifting heavy has its consequences, i.e. risk of injury, and I really can't afford to be in that position with my line of work.
I focus more on hitting everything twice a week now with high volume and do a lot of mobility work. Feel great, and I honestly don't really look any different than I did when I was lifting way more weight. I probably haven't gained anything since I cut back 9 months ago but I haven't lost anything either cutting like 50 lbs from my bench and squat.Last edited by Reach; 03-29-2017, 06:58 AM.

Re: What do you train for?
I was kind of training for aesthetics, but sometimes I find it to be pretty boring at times. I also don't really consider myself very strong yet, so I'm trying to develop a solid 2 years of foundation before I do any really drastic cutting. For the most part, I try to maintain and build strength at the same time (I have been pretty successful doing this).Just aesthetics now.
