    Prochat "please signin to use chat"

    As far as I know, I am signed in. What does this mean?

      Did you use browser or standalone?
      If browser, did you use the same browser for prochat?
      If standalone, are you logged in with IE? (not firefox/google chrome)

              I just updated firefox/flash. It's still working fine for me as long as I connect on the site with the same browser.
              So, I'm not sure why you're getting this.

                      I opened a different browser (Chrome), logged in, managed to connect to prochat but it had no user list to the right and I couldn't send my posts. No posts came in either. Oh well
